   • Once a ride is confirmed, riders and drivers are expected to fulfill their commitments.

4. Fare and Payment:

   • The app provides an estimated fare, but the final fare may vary due to factors like traffic, tolls, etc.
   • Payment is facilitated through the app, and riders will be charged the agreed-upon fare.
   • Drivers will receive payment through the app after deducting the platform's commission.

5. Safety and Conduct:

   • Riders and drivers must adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulations during rides.
   • Both riders and drivers are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the journey.
   • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • Both riders and drivers can cancel a ride request before it is accepted or after it is confirmed, subject to cancellation fees if applicable.

7. Liability:

   • The ride-sharing app acts as an intermediary platform connecting riders and drivers; thus, it is not liable for the actions or conduct of either party.
   • Riders and drivers use the app at their own risk.

8. Insurance:

   • Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid auto insurance that covers ride-sharing activities as per local laws and regulations.

9. Data Privacy:

   • The app collects and processes user data as per its Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Modification of Terms:

11. Termination:
